Economic Development
Advanced Biofuel Payment Program USDA Rural Development offers this program to make payments to eligible producers based on the amount of advanced biofuel they produce from renewable biomass. Application Deadline: February 18, 2020
Partnerships for Opportunity and Workforce and Economic Revitalization (POWER) The Federal Appalachian Regional Commission provides funds to support workforce and economic revitalization activities in communities and regions that have been affected by job losses in the coal industry.
