The Health Impact Project will award seven grants of up to $45,000 to help communities identify their most pressing health equity challenges and the factors outside of the health care sector that help drive them (for example, housing or education). Grantees will develop outcome-based goals and a clear, community-driven plan of action to improve health equity. An informational webinar is scheduled for 2 p.m. ET Sept. 30, 2015. |

Applicants from outside of the public health sector are encouraged to apply, and experience conducting health impact assessments is not required. |
